Asked about his latest goal against Israel, Werner said: “I’m a striker and I always want to score.”

“Everything is not going the way I want at Chelsea, so it’s better that things are going well under Hansi Flick.”

“I really enjoy playing football. No matter where I play There is a different style of play between football at Chelsea and here.”

“Maybe playing in the national team is better for me. Here I always have chances to score goals, I score goals, I feel very comfortable here.”
